Enrolment at the University of Oklahoma (UCO) rose by over 30% under Executive Director for Community Outreach and Special Projects Stacy McNeiland’s leadership. Her exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in recruitment processes enabled her to launch successful recruitment campaigns, which contributed to the growth. Stacy McNeiland also led state-wide campaigns to increase the number of incoming enrollees.

Standing at the helm of her department since last year, she helped recruit 1,500 new members in the UCO’s Alumni Association in the last four years. The program Students Today, Alumni Forever and an Adult Orientation program helped achieve this goal. Stacy McNeiland designed the said programs herself.
